Class A multifamily developer JPI held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Jefferson Monrovia, which will bring 296 units to Monrovia. The five-story, wrap-style, luxury multifamily development will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
“There is so much opportunity in Monrovia and we’re thrilled to bring much needed housing to this growing market,” said Sunti Kumjim, SVP and regional development partner for JPI. “Jefferson Monrovia will not only provide residents a place to call home, but also convenient access to employment and entertainment centers in the area.”
Partners on the project include TCA Architects, PBA Engineering and Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. First occupancy for Jefferson Monrovia is planned for early 2025.
